We've hunted around and found the absolute best quality aftermarket option for PJ/PK/BT50 owners looking to do the RHV5 swap for the lowest possible cost, all units balanced in house and them run on our vnt flow bench to ensure these units perform exactly as intended once bolted on. Our in house testing has proven that these units can easily handle 25-27psi.
The reason we chose to use the pressure actuator is because of its absolute reliability and ease of use with ANY tuner you might be able to find, instead of relying on vnt tables to be dialed in, basically this unit just needs a pressure source hooked up to the actuator and if you need more boost, this can easily be increased by the use of a boost tee. Please note, we fit this turbocharger to the WEAT manifold by drilling new holes into the manifold turbocharger flange and tapping them to ensure the manifold now suits the footprint of the RHV5 rather than modifying the turbocharger housing.
